How Quokka Booth handles your information, and your guests'.
What we collect
When you book we collect your name, email, phone, event details and venue address. When a guest shares photos at the booth we collect the phone number or email they enter, for that purpose only.
How we use it
To quote, plan and run your event; to send you booking confirmations, reminders and your gallery; and to keep the records a rental business is required to keep.
Messages
Booking confirmations, reminders and delivery notices are sent by email and text to the details you give us. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts; this does not stop essential emails about your booking.
Guest data at the booth
Numbers and addresses guests enter to receive their own photos are used for that delivery and deleted within 90 days, unless the guest opts in to hear from us.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers who deliver our messages, process payments and host this site, each bound to use it only for that purpose.
Your choices
Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Guests can ask us to remove their image from our portfolio at any time.
Security
Your private event page is reachable only through a long, unguessable link. Treat that link like a password and share it only with people you want to see the event details.
