About 10 ft × 10 ft with 8 ft of overhead clearance, plus a wall for the backdrop and one standard power outlet within 25 ft. If your space is tighter, send us a photo — we can usually make 8 ft × 8 ft work.
Sixty to ninety minutes before your start time for setup, and about 45 minutes afterwards to pack down. Neither counts against your booked hours.
Idle time is when the booth stays built but paused — usually during dinner or speeches. It is charged at a reduced hourly rate so you are not paying full price for hours nobody is using the booth.
Both. Every session prints instantly — 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints — and guests can text, email or AirDrop their photos straight from the booth, so most guests leave with a print in hand and a copy on their phone. Sharing relies on the venue's signal — where it is too weak, we send the photos afterwards through an online gallery.
Yes. We design a custom overlay from your invitation, monogram, logo or event hashtag, and show you a proof before the event. Corporate clients can also add a data-capture screen.
A 30% retainer reserves the booth and the date; the balance is due the day before your event, so nothing is left to settle on the night. The retainer is non-refundable, but you can reschedule once at no charge within 12 months if you ask more than 7 days before the event.
